Pursuing growth capital to scale the Group
Rohan Corporation Group is seeking growth-stage investment to expand its retrofit, training, and technology activities. The Group's longer-term ambition is a London Stock Exchange listing structured as a Venture Capital Trust (VCT), widening access to the sectors it operates in over time. Any future fundraising, listing, or VCT structuring will be carried out in line with applicable UK regulatory requirements.
Where the Group is developing capital plans
The Group is at an early stage of structuring growth capital across several parts of the business. The following reflects current strategic direction, not an offer, invitation, or solicitation to invest — any future raise will be conducted through a properly regulated route.
The OTR Group
Software, data, and technology consultancy — HMRC-recognised as a Knowledge Intensive company for EIS purposes, with a Department for Education Employer Agreement already in place.
UK Jamaica Ethiopia Specifically Immediately
Trilateral trade development across three markets, including land, property, and cross-listed equity access via the JaEtUK app.
Angel investment into the wider Group
Deployed across Rohan Philanthropy, Cultural Capital, and Zarach Rohan Kaden Eden Eva — each at a different stage of development, from live community programmes to pre-FCA-authorisation groundwork.
